Over time everything you need to know about these guys will
be here in these pages...
Dane Moore
Every
team has at least one person like Dane. He's the kind of guy that
judges how much work he's done by how much dirt he wears. From crawling
over, under and poking through the side, this man gets his hands where
they're needed to do what it takes to get it done. Being with Randy
for about 10 years Dane has become a "Jack Of All Trades" with
the cars but tends to spend more time on the body
work and the set-up. Not
only does he play the role of Crew Chief at the track, but you can often
find him at the garage during the week working on the
car too.
Dane has a wife Jackie, who most would say is Randy's biggest fan, and
a son Dillion. Jackie is a huge support for the team by letting Dane
do what he does, she's also been seen, on a few occations, doing some cleaning
on the car. Her biggest role is letting Dane spend the time he needs
to on the car. Dillion
can also be found helping out at the track now and then.
Dane is a highly focused, highly motivated man that loves racing and what
he does for the race team. The organizational skills he brings to
the team are what's needed to keep the pit area running like clockwork.

Mike Richardson
Mike,
the quiet one. But don't be fooled by how mellow he may seem on the
outside. On the inside this man has as much desire to get his driver
to the front of the pack as anyone. Over the 12 years Mike
has been teamed up with Randy he has become something of the
suspension guy. Shocks and spring work have there ups and downs but
Mike remains steady through it all. Over the years he has learned
the inner working of the cars and by being a good listener he's picked
up on what other winners do and applied that to Randy's set-up. During
the race season you'll find him over at the garage once or twice a week
(whatever is needed) getting the car ready for the next event.
Mike is able to do this because his family provides him with the flexibility
to persue his passion, and he's found the balance .

Larry Burrows
This
is the man that stood beside and behind the man that drives your Alive
95 race car. Meet Larry, Randy's Dad.
This is the man that supported Randy through the worst of times and the
best of times. He has never told him what to do, but simply
listened to everything that needed to be said until the answer became
pretty obvious.
Larry has been described as the man that keeps the team and the driver
grounded. He's there to have fun and what kind of fun can he have
if everyone else on the team is stressed. In his own very quiet way
he is the "keeper" of the team. Reminding them
at the right time what's important.
As if that were not enough, the Insurance Agency he is partners with also
helps sponsor the race team. You can't go wrong if your with the
"Good Hands" folks of Allstate and those hands help the car on the track.

Jerry Holland
Race
fan from the word go. Not only did his Dad race, but he raced and
so does his son Trey. Now Jerry's hooked up with a winner. Randy
and Jerry are great friends and Jerry is the ultimate gofer at the track. He'll
hook up with either Dane or Mike and whatever they're working on gets done
quicker because of his help.
With his racing background he has been an awesome asset to the team. He's
there to bounce ideas off of when it comes to how the track is and
to how the car is on the track. Then the team works together
to get the car right.
Thanks to Kim, Jerry's wife, Jerry is able to get to the track and "Get
'er Done", with the rest of the team. Jerry's son Trey will
also get his hands in there when needed to. Trey has become a driver
himself and is learning from the
best. To his advantage, he gets to work with a great team, that are
all great individuals and best of all they all work very well together. Look
out for this young and rising star in the years to come.

Gary Harris
Meet
Mr. Harris. You can't have a nicest guy on the team competition because
everyone will tie, but here is the one guy that might edge out when it
comes to consistant and steady. Ask him to drive, he'll get you there. Ask
him to syph tires and you'll get them syphed. Ask him to do anything
and then just simply expect it done. That is what you can expect
from Gary.
Yet there is so much more. Gary will get there before the sun rises
and will stay there until long after the sun sets. He's always got
a smile on his face and is ready to share a story to get you a smile too! He's
been with Randy for quite some time now and loves his place with the team.

Jeff Ezell
Ever
wonder where the Ezell in Burrows/Ezell Motorsports came from? Here
he is. This is Jeff. He's the one that financed Randy in the
early years. He's laughed with Randy and cried with Randy over the
years. The two of them have felt every emotion that a race team can
feel, from thinking they won a Championship in 2001, to finding that they
were actually a few points shy and had to take second place. Not
only has been there through the thick and thin of things but he's in the
pits nearly every race weekend too! He's the last gofer mentioned
here, but that doesn't mean he doesn't gofer any less than the others. He,
like everyone else, will do whatever it takes make Randy happy in the car. He
knows that a happy driver is a driver that can overcome any obsticles to
get to the front and he's been watching Randy do that for years.
Jeff's wife, Amanda has given him the ability to be all he can be. He
has provided for the house for years and she provided him with the time
he wanted to persue his passion of being a part of a race team. She
has most recently provided him a little girl and another set of twin girls
on the way.
